In a dramatic twist during Oklahoma’s 93-87 win over No. 21 Mississippi State on Saturday afternoon in Norman, guard Duke Miles endured a painful setback when he lost parts of two teeth.
While attempting to secure a loose ball, Miles dove aggressively as Mississippi State’s Riley Kugel closed in, resulting in an awkward fall that dislodged parts of his teeth.
Immediately, Oklahoma’s training staff, led by trainer Seth Tisdale, rushed to Miles’ side.
Duke Miles just left multiple teeth on the floor diving for a loose ball.
