Some of these were Ukraine’s security to potential trade deals.
Starmer extended an invitation from King Charles III for a state visit, while Trump hinted at possible tariff exemptions for the UK.
Meanwhile the Union Jack was flying upside down outside Blair House during Prime Minister’s stay.
Traditionally a distress signal, this adds a twist to the UK-US discussions.
Perhaps it’s a mistake.
