Brian Laundrie’s parents have ripped a new documentary about their son’s murder of girlfriend Gabby Petitio as being one-sided and riddled with inaccuracies — despite refusing to give their side of the story.
The Netflix docuseries — “American Murder: Gabby Petito” — spotlights, in part, accusations that the killer’s parents, Chris and Roberta Laundrie, stonewalled investigators when their son’s girlfriend first vanished on a cross-country road trip back in 2021.
“The documentary was what we expected,” Laundrie family attorney, Steven Bertolino, said in a statement obtained by NBC’s “Today.”

“One perspective depicted as the ‘truth’ as seen through their lens. Similar to Republicans and Democrats fighting it out lately. Each side believes their perspective is correct. Hard to see through the lens of the other with all the noise and distrust,” the attorney claimed.
