Body camera footage released by Chicago police shows the moments a Democrat official was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Samantha Steele, 45, a Democratic member of the Cook County Board of Review, reportedly crashed her car into another vehicle.

Steele was charged with a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol after the incident earlier this month.

“Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele was arrested for DUI. When police pulled her over, Steele quickly told them that she was ‘an elected official.’ After resisting field sobriety tests and declining to provide a breathalyzer sample, Steele was sent to the hospital,” Collin Rugg wrote.

“There, she reportedly taunted the officer, asking: ‘Is your p*nis that small?’ She was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Cook County Commissioner Sean Morrison has since demanded her resignation,” he added.

A second federal judge has ruled against a federal rule, put forward by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s Department of Labor, that gives collective bargaining rights to foreign farm workers while American farm workers are excluded. In September 2023, the Labor Department announced a federal rule that would dramatically change the H-2A visa program, which allows United States farms to import foreign workers to take American agricultural jobs. As part of the rule, finalized in April 2024, foreign H-2A visa workers would get collective bargaining rights not afforded to American farm workers. Jaguar, for example, recently released an ad in which the brand proved that it’s more committed to DEI and LGBTQ+ causes than it is to selling its own products. Pat Gray plays the commercial, which features a group of diverse individuals clad in neon, avant-guard clothing doing … well, nothing — at least nothing related to automobiles. The phrases “create exuberant,” “live vivid,” “delete ordinary,” “break moulds,” and “copy nothing” are overlaid footage of the strange, almost alien-like actors doing non-car-related activities, such as spinning in a circle while holding a paintbrush, or wielding a sledgehammer.
