The Pentagon has ordered all transgender military service members to be removed from the military unless they are granted a waiver showing their fit for “warfighting capabilities.”

A new memo filed on Wednesday evening, it was revealed that all service members who have “a current diagnosis or history of, or exhibit symptoms consistent with, gender dysphoria” are no longer eligible for military service.

This may be one of those moments where I hold an unpopular opinion, but I stand by it. US District Judge William Alsup, a Clinton appointee, did not reinstate the fired federal workers because he said he lacked the authority to do so.
