A SHOCKING video appeared to show the moment an Indian man “came back from the dead” just before his cremation ceremony.

Rohitash Kumar, 25, was declared dead by doctors but unexpectedly started breathing heavily as he woke up on his own funeral pyre.

Kumar, from Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan, fell ill with a fever on Thursday and was taken to the local Rajkiya Bhagwan Das Khetan (BDK) District Hospital.

He was declared dead by physicians at BDK but his body was then moved to a deep freezer in a mortuary for around two and a half hours.

Kumar, who is deaf, mute, and lived at a shelter, had his body passed over from hospital staff to the authorities.

Jhunjhunu Police Superintendent Sharad Chouodhary said Kumar had no relatives present at the hospital.

An initial investigation revealed a postmortem was not conducted, according to The Telegraph.

Rather, doctors reportedly completed formalities on paper and sent the man straight for…

One woman was killed by a partner or relative every 10 minutes worldwide in 2023, the United Nations warned Monday, stressing that femicides remained at “alarmingly high levels”. Almost 85,000 women and girls were murdered by people last year, according to a joint report by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the UN Women agency published Monday.
