Conservative historian and scholar, Victor Davis Hanson, recently commented on the California fires and offered analysis of the progressive policies that made the disaster possible. Hanson lives in California and has been a frequent critic of the way the state is run.
Hanson explains how the left is actually taking the state backwards, forcing residents to live with 19th century standards without telling people that is what’s happening.
He also calls out Gavin Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass by name, suggesting Bass should resign.
This moment is a serious reality check for the people of California.
